Delivery and Payment
Orders of $200 or more will be delivered free within Australia (excluding normal P&H and after any discounts). Orders under $200 (excluding P&H) will be delivered at a flat rate of $10 within Australia. International orders will be charged a flat rate of $20.
All orders are delivered via Registered Australia Post during normal business hours. If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office for collection. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier except for a return PO Box address in case the package is not picked up. Goods can be delivered to Australian PO Boxes. ShopAdult takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.
Your order will be processed within 48 hours and mailed to you in plain packaging and attractively wrapped at no additional cost. Goods delivered within Australia will take two to five working days. For delivery outside Australia, please allow up to twenty working days. Parcels will be delivered via Registered Post Airmail and if there is no-one to accept the package, local postal guidelines will apply.
If by any chance we are out of stock of an item you will be notified and given a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will be given the option of cancelling the order.
Please note that all processing and delivery times are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
In the rare instance that it takes longer than 48 hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised estimated delivery time.

Simply browse the ShopAdult website to find the products you would like to purchase and proceed to the checkout. You will need to submit your name, delivery address, email address and credit card details. Your information is encrypted for safe transmission to our warehouse. If you prefer, you may order by phone. Simply call 07 3220 0046 and one of our friendly customer service staff will be happy to take your order. Our lines are staffed Monday to Friday10.00am to 5.00 pm(EST) and Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm (EST). This service is not available on Sunday.
